EULA - End User License Agreement

LICENCE AGREEMENT:

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software.
Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

REGISTER VERSION:

One purchased copy of Photo and Data Manager may either be used by a single person on one
or more computers or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by
multiple people.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity
is expressly permitted by applicable law not withstanding this
limitation.

GOVERNING LAW:

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRENTY:

This software is provided "as-is" and without warranty of any kind, either express
or implied, including without limitation, the implied warrenties or merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES:

In no event shall the author of this software be liabble for any damages whatsoever
resulting from loss of use or data. Whether or not advised of the possiblity of damage,
and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance
of this software.
